You remain responsible for the data, records, files, and content you upload to GStocky. You confirm that you have the rights needed to store and process that content through the platform.

5. Platform ownership

GStocky and its software, design, trademarks, and platform materials remain owned by GStocky or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

6. Service changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of the service as the product evolves. We may also update these terms, and changes become effective when published.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is misused, or if continued access may create risk for GStocky, users, or third parties.
