Step 1: Access the Credit Notes Section

Log into your GStocky account, then click on the "Credit Notes" tab in the sidebar. You will access the dedicated credit notes section where you can manage all the details of your refunds.

At the top right of the page, click on the "Add Credit Note" button. You will be directed to a form allowing you to enter the essential details of your credit note, including the associated invoice, amount and reason for the credit note.
